Cool nose with smoky, wild-herb, apricot-skin and bergamot aromas. On the palate this has the dramatic and sensual contours of a Rodin sculpture. Impressively structured core with pronounced earthy minerality. Needs some time to unfurl all the aromas, but the harmony on the palate is already very beautiful. Plenty of power at the long finish. From organically grown grapes.
